You will be required to, depending on the needs of the department, give support to other secretarial teams as needed. It is expected for the role to suit someone needing the minimum of supervision, exercising independent judgement and using their own initiative.

IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOU HAVE PROVEN AUDIO TYPING SKILLS AS 85-95% OF THE ROLE WILL NEED THIS SKILL.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Able to accurately produce letters, reports, using word processing systems with both audio and copy typing.

- Provide general administrative and secretarial support

- Preparation and dispatch of correspondence including reports, which may arise in any given department. Dealing effectively with all incoming correspondence.

- Production of invoices.

- Maintenance of client information on internal Excel databases as required.

- To undertake general office duties including the photocopying and filing systematically of all documents, report and correspondence as per local instruction and training.

- To ensure continuity of service by providing cover in the absence of secretarial colleagues.

- Reception cover on a rotational basis (lunch and breaks).

- Carry out ad hoc assignments as requested.

- Liaise with departmental manager with regard to daily workload.

- Assist in organising and attending marketing functions as required.

- To complete and retain a record of timesheets.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED

Audio typing experience is essential ~ 50wpm minimum typing speed.

Word - Advanced Level

Excel - Intermediate Level

Powerpoint - Basic Level

Dealing with post, faxes, incoming calls, and general administration.

Excellent communication skills both written and oral.

My client is seeking an experience mould tool setter to join their team ASAP. The purpose of the role is to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Mould Shop through safe and efficient mould tool changes and monitoring of machine performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Carry out mould tool changes

Perform safety checks

Perform QC checks

Set and programme moulding machines

Monitor machine performance taking corrective action where required

Run multiple moulding machines

Liaise with tool room to co-ordinate tool changes

Responsible for Moulding Area in the absence of the Mould Shop Supervisor

Open and lock up the building

Develop ideas for continuous improvement
