We have a rigorous compliance policy with all of our candidates to ensure that they are qualified in accordance with all current regulations.

All candidates are required to satisfy all of the following;

  • A face to face interview in our office, not a telephone interview.
  • They must supply us with 3 references which are verified by us.
  • They must complete a DBS (CRB) check
  • They must comply with visa and immigration laws
  • They must complete additional identification checks
  • All of our candidates must do mandatory yearly updates of their qualifications.

By personally interviewing all of our candidates we can be confident that we are only presenting candidates that are fully compliant with all employment regulations and current legislation.

Mandatory training can be provided for prospective care candidates which includes First Aid, SOVA (Safe guarding of vulnerable adults), moving and positioning, infection control, health & safety and dementia care.
