This position is a hands on role and will involve the effective managing of the hotels daily operations

Ensuring that all guests have a great first and last impression of the hotel and service

Assisting in the recruitment of staff as and when needed

Monitoring of staff performance and supervising activities

Ensuring that the Lounge and Breakfast areas exceed high standards at all times

Striving to create a relaxing and welcoming ambiance for customers

Demonstrating visible operational leadership and management to the hotel staff

Ensure that all hotel staff conform to the current Health and Safety regulations

Ability to identify, understand and give priority to urgent issues

The ability to plan ahead whilst at the same time organising short term objectives

The ideal candidate will have the following;

The role;
