Office Administrator

Immediate start available for an experienced office administrator for an extremely varied role, within the electrical industry, based in Great Dunmow.

Duties:
Taking incoming calls for call outs from clients and maintenance visits
Liaising with engineers and scheduling call outs/maintenance visits
Processing bookings from start to finish including invoicing for completed works
Managing a large key account with all correspondence/call outs/maintenance quickly and accurately
General administration duties
Ad Hoc duties

Requirements:
Available immediately
Experience within a similar role
Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
Naturally organised

Additional Information:
Temp to Perm role, Immediate start
Up to £22,000pa when going to perm
Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 4.00pm
