Part Time Office Administrator

My client is looking for a part time Administrator – Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, to work with a small friendly team.

You will have responsibility of all administrative/secretarial duties, ensuring the efficient running of the office and be able to work on own initiative.

Key Responsibilities
Answering the telephone and taking messages
Typing letters, invoices and reports
Creating and keeping job files/lists up to date
Preparing and submitting planning applications on line
Ordering stationery
Organising diaries
Downloading and storing digital photos and records
Hard copy and digital filing
Logging and distributing daily post
Ad hoc duties
Be able to implement new ideas in a progressive environment

Essential
Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
Ability to prioritise workloads
Flexible attitude to work
Must have great IT skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet (training will be given for specialist software systems)
Own Transport – Essential due to company location

Hours Wednesday, Thursday & Fridays – 9am – 5pm (1 hour unpaid lunch) – 21 hours per week
Salary £20,000 pro rata
