Ipswich (with occasional travel to Essex)
£18,000 – £24,000p/a
A fantastic professional services business with offices throughout East Anglia and beyond are currently seeking a talented and ambitious IT Support Engineer to join their team.

Technical support for both hardware and software issues
Troubleshooting diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
Procurement of technical equipment
Guiding staff through set up and usage scenarios
Testing of new technology
Remotely supporting roll – out of new software
Setting up and managing user accounts and profiles
Improving and maintaining the levels of confidence in IT
IT Support experience with Windows based technologies….Active Directory, Windows 7, Server 2012, Exchange administration etc
Understanding of hardware set up and basic infrastructure
Excellent communication and customer orientated approach
Full clean driving licence essential
