Loan Kit Co-ordinator

Customer Services
Taking bookings for loan kits from customers via telephone, e-mail, fax
Liaising with customers and Business Development Managers to communicate booking confirmations, collections and any issues or problems with bookings to resolve as necessary
Process order bookings on company systems and raise invoices accordingly

Goods In/Out
Check loan kits received back from customers following completion of a booking and ensure we have a Decontamination Certificate
Check components of loan kit received back to ensure conformance to specification
Check components of loan kit to establish items used
Replenish components of kit ensuring attention to detail
Liaise with Purchasing Department as necessary to communicate requirements to replenish kits in timely manner


Quality Control
Ensure all complaints, returns and non-compliances are logged in accordance with Improvement Log procedures and liaise with Quality Assurance Department as necessary to assist with incident investigation and closure

Technical Skills and experience
Must have excellent Customer Service skills and previous experience within Customer Service role
Previous experience within Warehouse & Distribution role would an advantage
Knowledge & experience of inventory management would be an advantage
Attention to detail is an essential characteristic for this role

Must have high level of oral, written and presentation skills to all levels
Must be a proactive communicator

Prepared and able to change plans in line with business needs
Constantly strives for improvements in approaches, processes, systems and overall performance
Plans ahead to anticipate events and develops contingency plans
Ability to identify key profit drivers and to drive profitable change

Systems skills
Previous experience of Sage 200 would be an advantage
Intermediate Excel
Advance Microsoft Word
