Account Handler - Maternity Cover

Direct Mail/Marketing background desirable

Dealing with customers from quote to mailing
Provide constant feedback and email updates
Control and monitor the progress of each customers job
All paperwork corresponding to each job to include an up to date job bag, invoicing, credit searches, postage, purchase orders, estimating, royal mail, deliveries etc
Liaise with suppliers and source best available prices
Liaise with production

Excellent IT skills required

Hours 8.30am - 5.30pm

Salary £22k - £28k
