To provide full secretarial and project support to the Director, to the highest standard.
To provide support in contract administration, including marking up of contracts following feedback from the Director and managing an accurate audit trail of all contract discussions.
Organisation of meetings, UK travel, accommodation and car servicing. Attendance of meetings to take minutes.
To assist with the maintenance of an efficient filing system of all sales and client related documentation.
To liaise with various departments and key personnel to provide appropriate information to satisfy certain key monthly activities. Close liaison with sales team, operational areas, key managers and at times clients.
Maintain the Directors diary and ensure that Reception are notified each week of the movements for the following week. To ensure that no meetings are double booked and that any necessary information is available for all meetings.
Other ad hoc duties, as appropriate.
Will need to be able to work on own initiative and require little supervision, prioritising own work under direction, tasks and objective set by the Director.
