Excellent working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
Good general IT skills
Good use of English language and able to proof read.
Able to talk to clients, excellent level of customer service.
Driving licence and use of own car (attendance at marketing or network events, occasional travel to clients).
Knowledge of PowerPoint, ACCESS database, ACT contact management system. |
Job Description |
To organise, control (carry out) all administration within the office (for both the Comapny and client related administration) and set up effective and efficient systems, processes and procedures for all administration.
To co-ordinate (and administer) the marketing activities and specifically presentations and events.
Provide admin support relating to preparing contracts of employment, employee database information etc
Keeping diaries/movements for all Consultants, maintain and update projext board.
