You will provide administrative support relating to personnel documentation, recruitment, training, grievance, discipline, and absence management. You will also guide and advise line management on employment issues and assist the Personnel Manager with research into new legislation and be able to deliver selected training programmes as part of the Training Team.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
· Previous experience in a similar role.
· Excellent communication skills, verbal and in writing.
· Strong interpersonal skills and a team player.
· CIPD qualified or currently studying for a personnel qualification.
· PC literate with a good working knowledge of Excel/Word and a personnel database.
The position is permanent, working Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm (37.5 hours).
