Job description:


  1. Responsibility for the prompt processing and progression of export orders to ensure customer requirements are met

  2. Ensure that the standards set out in the Customer Service Policy are met

  3. Provide support for the Uk and export field sales team to allow maximisation of business

  4. Liaise with accounts, production, planning & despatch depts to ensure goods available to meet customer requirements

  5. Respond effectively to customer complaints and resolve them in a timely manner in order to maintain the positive image of the company

  6. Provide an error free order input process.


 

Knowledge Experience of export documentation to include:

·         Shipping notes

·         Dangerous goods notes

·         AAD notes

·         Invoicing

·         Packing lists

·         Insurance documentation

·         Certificates of origin

·         Bills of lading


  1. Strong communication, organisational, office and interpersonal skills

  2. Competent and comfortable in the use of computers; specifically, competence in the use of Windows Microsoft Office. Experience of GoldMine (a customer relationship management package) would be an advantage
