We are currently seeking a buyer with strong negotiating skills, knowledge of supply chain management, aware of modern buyer purchasing tools & techniques as well as being well organised.  HND, CIPS or equivalent desirable, along with the understanding of engineering drawings and specifications would be an advantage.
