Knowledge of customs tariffs, procedures & import documentation.

Knowledge of LCL & FCL on Far East and USA markets.

Constant customer liaison both on phone and email.

Taking customer bookings from recept through to delivery.

Loading, updating and maintenance of consignments via in house system.

Liaising with overseas offices and agent
