Client Relations Manager Designate required for Colchester company
This is a new department that is in the development stage and is currently being managed by one person, the Client Relations Manager; you will be assisting them as their Manager designate.
· Supervising & coaching the performance & capability of all team members against specific objectives
· To conduct Performance reviews in respect of targets & objectives
· Coaching & arranging training where appropriate.
· Ensuring that all initiatives & targets are carefully communicated
· Dealing with any escalated internal & external customer queries & complaints
· Able to demonstrate customer led thinking & empathy
· Well developed analytical skills
· Good communication skill
· Proficient in responding to letters
· Capacity & willingness to learn quickly & assist where needed
· Able to apply & improve communications in order to facilitate the best possible levels of customer service
· Good knowledge of coaching people to develop potential
· Sound knowledge of all windows based applications
Requirements:
· Customer Service Manager knowledge, within the travel sector essential
· Confident in dealing with all aspects of client relation issues, covering client, tour operators & outside agencies
· A sound knowledge of ABTA & CAA regulations, arbitration & County court procedures
· A knowledge of ‘Respond’ (a customer service package) or similar
£24k - £30k negotiable, plus bonus after three months, OTE £35k
