· To identify new nurse call business opportunities within social care
· Identify opportunities and develop new business strategies, produce new business plans and drive new initiatives

SKILLs
· Knowledge in electronic nurse call/security/fire detection systems, IT or facilities management discipline will be considered
· Proven success record in major technical sales
· Minimum three years knowledge as a Business Development Manager within the security industry or similar hi-tech enterprise
· Proven track record of negotiating major contracts
· Presenter using laptop when necessary to senior management personnel within a business-to-business environment
· Articulate with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
· A confident self-motivated self-starter with a positive ‘can do – will do’ attitude
