This is a very varied role for someone who remains calm under pressure, they will take all new jobs and orgainse them in order of importance.

You would be responsible for the technicians' diaries. Ensuring they are full and that routes are well planned and that all work sheets have been entered.

You will liaise with job controllers and insurer/loss adjuters. Full training will be given.

Excellent telephone manner, good IT skills, flexible in working hours.
