T his is a very varied role consisting of some and more of the duties listed below they will be looking for a very motivated flexible person happy to do what ever is asked of them and to take responsiblity for some of the duties:
1. Answering all incoming calls transfering to relevant person
2. Distribution of post checking incoming post .faxes and parcels
3. Meeting and greeting all visitors in reception on a daily basis
4. Booking of conference rooms and ensuring adequate facilities are available and ordered if necessary .
5. Booking flights, liaising with sister companies regarding travel arrangments for all clients/staff.
6. General administration duties for the HR department.
