Our client is looking for some one who has a proven Customer Service history,  they will be expected to be able to work with clients who have ordered very exclusive kitchens there is no selling involved.  You will be allocated jobs and will be expected to follow the job through from start to finish, this will envolve speaking to fitters, delivery people and at all times keeping the client involved and upto date with the progress. You will need to be computer literate and have an excellent confident telephone manner
