Job description:

Our client is looking for a experienced person to work on their Helpdesk taking support calls directly from customers, answering where possible to resolve them immediately, analyse the problem, liase with development staff to correct program errors, and monitor the status of the call to ensure the customer's problem is handled promptly.  Also purchase of equipment and supplies and process internal database administration.  Also be involved with system testing and preparation of new software releases. 


This role will involve shifts covering 8.00am-8.00pm x6 days a week, 8 hour shifts and working at least one Saturday a month which wil be given as time off in lieu.
