Taking incoming calls from customers and providing a prompt, courteous and informative response.
Effectively responding to email and postal enquiries utilising templates or creating personalised response as required.
Liaising with other departments and companies to resolve enquiries.
To undertake various ad-hoc duties within the company as required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including rapport building.
Demonstratable customer focus
Ability to prioritise own workload and work on own initiative.
Confident IT user, previous customer service experience gained in a commercial environment and good written English.
