Working in a food processing environment, reporting to the Process Development Manager. This role is to support the business to ensure effective introduction of new ingredients, equipment and products into manufacturing in a timely, structured manner with due regard to food legislation, ensuring food safety, product quality and health and safety.
The Technical Project Engineer will be proactive in identifying and actioning opportunities to improve costs and quality of products and processes.
Candidates should have an HND minimum (or equiv) in engineering or a food subject, knowledge in food manufacturing and engineering design and AutoCAD skills. Health and Safety qualifications would be advantageous along with project management skills.
Salary in the region of £35-40k.
