*Date stamping and coding invoices

*Matching delivery notes/purchase orders to invoices

*Registering invoices onto the system and sending them to other departments for authorisation

*Get returned invoices signed by Finance Director and then post them onto open accounts

*Reconciling statements, requesting any invoices not yet received

*Answering suppliers queries regarding payment

*Setting up new products

*Spreadsheets

*Answering queries

*Printing off an unapproved invoice report and chase other departments for outstanding invoices

*General administration filing etc
