Job description:

The daily receipt of in-coming telephone calls from both external and internal customers in a call centre environment, to taken in a friendly professional and timely manner

                                               

To ensure that customer information and requests are logged onto the Service Management System in an accurate, timely and effective way.

 

To ensure that any customer queries or requests are effectively resolved, escalating any concerns or issues to a Team Leader or member of the management team and keeping the customer informed at all times

 

To meet individual and team targets and goals that are agreed between Customer Advisor and Team Leader / Manager
