Job experience: Extensive experience in a telephone sales/Customer Service capacity, preferably within a building products environment. Product knowledge: Basic knowledge of Window & Door Hardware an advantage. Good level of IT literacy is essential |
Responsibilities |

To contribute to the attainment of company sales targets and service standards |

To develop effective relationships with existing and lapsed customers in order to maintain and increase sales by utilising up-selling and cross-selling opportunities. |

To follow up existing sales leads supplied via regular outbound calling. |

To deal with customer enquiries, including the input and progressing of orders within the computer system, plus the follow up and recording of information on the CRM system for sample requests, leads, quotations and complaints. |

To maintain professional levels of communication with all internal and external contacts, including close liaison with field based Sales/Specification staff. |

To ensure compliance with Company policies & procedures are adhered to in order to meet the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001 – 2000 |
