Job description:

 

·        Reviewing and Auditing the site Quality Management System

·        Managing the site HACCP system

·        Leading the site Internal Audit system and supporting the site Internal Auditor

·        Coordinating all complaints data and providing ad-hoc reports where required

·        Supervising the management of the quality module of shop floor data capture system

·        Assisting the QA Manager with the effective operation of the site Non-Conformance reporting system and providing technical information to process, packing and post filling operation

·        Assist in maintenance of the site technical operating standards and supporting the Technical Manager with customer and accreditation audits.

 

Requirements

Educated to A level Standard or equivalent

·         Hold a minimum Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate and Principles of HACCP (Int)

·         Hold a Full Driving Licence

·         A minimum of 3 years knowledge in an FMCG environment 

·         Knowledge of internal auditing procedures

·         Excellent organisational skills

·         Be able to demonstrate good IT skills
