CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT
Job Title: Gotcha & MCD Administrator ( French Language essential )
Responsible to: Customer Services Manager
Duties:
· Keying on new season orders as forward orders
· Processing stock orders, keying on straight away
· Picking goods when required e.g. when goods are ready or pro-formas paid
· Sending out free to sell reports to agents weekly
· Preparation for order confirmations, bulk order re-dating and taking off all over sold items from the system
· Customer returns, getting return form filled in and authorised
· Staff cash sales, processing the order, picking and making sure all right goods are sent in
· Sending an order book out fortnightly, working out the figures using a report on Styleman compared to last season
· Dealing with agents on a daily basis via email, answering any questions or inform them of any change to orders, including style cancellations
· Liaise with Warehouse regarding stock
· Deal with customers on a regular basis, help with any orders or questions they may have
· Stock sample requests when received, and ensuring warehouse get the correct and relevant information
· Attend meetings as required
· Cover Reception when required
· Any other ad hoc duties requested by Management
Essential:
