Job description:

Investigator - Hadleigh (Suffolk)

Sound knowledge of insurance claims required and knowledge of loss adjusting beneficial.  Should have knowledge in application of party wall agreements, construction (design and management) regulations and claims handling.  Knowledge of commercial investigations of benefit as is interest in historic building investment, repair and refurbishment.  Basic design in concrete, masonry, steel and timber.  The ideal candidate should be working towards obtaining chartered status of Professional Instruction such as MIStructure, MICE, CIOB or already chartered with knowledge in building defects claims and insurance procedures.  Must be a team worker and have excellent communication skills.
