The Duty Manager’s position is an operational role with a heavy influence to events and banqueting organisation; running the service of the function business as well as overseeing the day to day front of house operations as per regular Duty Manager responsibility.

 

An experience of servicing multi functions is very important with a particular focus on weddings. The successful applicant will need strong diplomacy skills and be able to communicate on all levels with a first class service delivery ethos.
