Sales Administrator

Job description:

• Send out introductory letters to architects, builders and schools and follow these up with telephone calls


• Maintaining the sales database


• Following up quotations sent out by the sales department


• Taking customer enquiries via the telephone and dealing with where appropriate


• Preparing quotations for equipment


• Liaising with 2 sales representatives, keeping their leads up to date


• Holiday cover for another member of staff – processing orders


• Mail outs of catalogues and leaflets


• Various other sales duties as required
