· Undertake continuous product training internally and externally
· Ensure all daily targets are completed ie. all orders processed and filed, enquiries answered, telephones answered professionally
· Provide pro-active care to key accounts, monitor their orders, ensure regular customer contact and attempt to cross sell wherever possible other products via promotions or self discipline
· Manage customer concerns and complaints effectively to minimise the effect on the customer and any resulting cost with minimal credit notes
· Make realistic customer commitments, follow through each transaction to full completion and keep the customer and other internal departments informed at all times
· Operate effectively within current policies and procedures relating to pricing, order entry, complaint handling and telephone enquiry handling
· Develop effective working relationships with other team members, internal departments and sister companies
· Maintain accurate customer records and participate in regular housekeeping as required
· Participate in team briefings and communicate with team leader and other team members to address issues and develop a wider range of skills, and specific projects as requested and directed
· You are encouraged and expected to grow your position by finding new and better ways to achieve and exceed customer expectations
Requirements:-
Minimum GCSE or "A" level standard - or equivalent
1 Years knowledge in similar commercial environment
