Office Manager required for a vegetable grading facility based in Colchester
*Very varied role, diverse within itself. The offices are based within the warehouse house part of the business
*Your remit will include covering reception and telephones duties as working within a small office, ordering all stationery, using word and Excel on daily basis, keeping all personnel files updates and keeping accurate records of absenteeism etc.
*General PA duties for MD and ad hoc duties as required
*Liaising with suppliers and attending visits to local suppliers/London suppliers
*Entering despatch notes onto system, replenishing stock for vending machine
*You will need to have a good understanding of payroll, knowledge of sage line 50 and be able to process a weekly payroll of 90.
*Would need a good understanding of all aspects of wages as this will ultimately be the main function of the role long term, although initially you may only cover as required
Hours of work will be 8.30 am - 4.00 pm Monday to Thursday and Friday finish 3.00 pm (half and hour lunch)
Bonus paid annually, which normally equates to 4 weeks salary
