Objective of the position
To support the UK Customer Service Manager and UK Marketing Function together with having responsibility for general office administration.

First to answer telephone
Filing
Post
Outgoing and incoming deliveries
Banking
Petty Cash
Book keeping
Day to day receivables
Sales Leads processing
Top 15 report distribution
UK stock control
General duties
Training towards order processing
Package
£13,000 PA
Performance related bonus
The ideal candidate will be someone who wants to learn and gain experience in a fast growing but still quite small company dealing in international business. Occasional travel to Paris will be required for training and meetings.
Potential to grow with the organisation is a realistic but not guaranteed goal.
Normal Hrs
Monday - Friday 9am to 5.30pm
