Main Job Responsibilities:
To identify and convert selling opportunities initially within the Control Panel and Switchgear market, and then within the Power Generation market
To prepare, progress and win quotations and tenders at agreed margins, within designated market sectors.
To achieve aggressive sales targets, and to contribute to the performance of the company by consistent achievement of targets.
The job will involve approximately 50% off site work visiting and developing customers, which will be tightly targeted and planned, to achieve the Sales levels and customer retention required.
Rewards:
Basic salary of c£30k with OTE of £35k+. Negotiable for exceptional candidates.
Other Requirements:
Experience will have been gained within a market associated to Generating Equipment, Control Panels and/or Rotating machinery.
Sales experience will be one of success, and a good training base is a prerequisite, with continuing skills enhancement throughout your career.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have been employed in a company with a T/O up to £10m, and is enthusiastic and hungry for success.
The ability to drive is a prerequisite, and there will be a requirement to be away from home for short periods, either in the UK or abroad.
Location will be in Essex, and a relocation package will be offered if necessary to the right candidate.
