PURPOSE OF ROLE
The post holder will predominantly be responsible for customer service.
BACKGROUND TO POSITION
This post has become available for an initial 9 month contract for maternity cover of the Office Team Leader. It has also been decided that due to the requirement for a restructure, this post may become permanent. Due to the restructure this position will be flexible and adapt in time.
KEY OBJECTIVES & ACTIVITIES Handling client queries and issues by telephone and on email.
Providing standard pricing to clients.
Preparing order schedules, utilising the global calendar system.
Liaising with clients and factory to schedule kitchen delivery and collection.
Preparing all delivery and collection documentation.
Preparing documentation and liaising with both factory and clients regarding ‘E’ and ‘W’ numbers.
Maintaining and updating scheduling (whiteboard) for delivery information for the factory.
Carry out materials order processing.
Providing technical information to both the factory and the office.
First point of contact for all on-site visitors (e.g. clients, reps, suppliers engineers etc).
Maintaining the company website information and specifications.
Processing standard customer orders using our CAD package. REPORTING Weekly Basis Monthly Basis N/A N/A
