Job Purpose
Working as part of a small team to provide a customer support service to a dedicated leading animal health company.
Principle Responsibilities
To effectively control all field force activity ensuring all communications to field force, suppliers, vets and farmers are carried out in a concise, timely manner.
Work with the Account Manager to complete campaign and activity reports.
You will be required to work with internal IT & service departments to ensure they have the latest information in order to meet all client requirements.
Provide additional support by processing literature despatch requests, co-ordinating weekly job routines and making outbound calls for a specific campaign.
To act as a resource across the department responding to requests of assistance and support as and when needed
To deliver a service representative of Client priorities and values
To adhere to, follow and improve processes in line with our ISO 9001 - 2000 quality standards
To support our Investors in People principles
To maintain a safe and healthy working environment in line with legislation and the Employment Rule Book
To undertake various ad-hoc duties as required from time to time
