Manufacturing company in Dunmow looking to recruit a Supervisor for the production area.  Looking after 10-15 staff and being responsible for work allocation, planning, production targets, staffing issues and other day to day duties.

Reporting to the Production Manager, working Mon-Fri 8-4.30.

Starting salary in the region of £18k + o/t + annual bonus (app 10-14%)
