Braintree manufacturing company looking to recruit a Team Leader for the despatch area.  Responsible for up to 5 staff members and reporting to the factory manager.

Responsibilities;

* Delegate daily workload* Forklift truck driving as required* Supervise and maintaining correct working methods* Overseeing maintenance of department machinery* Participate in departmental audits* Implementing day to day staffing issues including low level disciplinaries* Ensuring compliance to Health & safety policies* Maintaining stocks * Participate in design and implementation of necessary training.

Salary c£20k (neg for the right candidate) Monday to Friday 7am-4 (1pm finish on Friday)
