PRODUCTION CO-ORDINATOR

Responsible to the Operations Manager

 JOB SPECIFICATION

DUTIES 

To assist the Operations Manager in progressing manufacturing orders for production including, as and when required

Assist Senior Buyer with purchasing materials

Progressing and expediting purchase orders

Goods In and processing received parts

Assist in stores, kitting out parts

  Completion and maintenance of work records in accordance with the Company

 Ensure the correct and timely closure of jobs

 Provide support to the department as and when required

Be flexible in your approach and be prepared to help with other tasks as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

? Experience in an Electronic Manufacturing environment would be an advantage

Knowledge and experience of using an MRP system advantageous

Computer literacy and knowledge of Word and Excel

? Working in accordance with ISO9001 and the Company’s Quality System

? The individual must be well motivated and capable of working as part of a team
