Call Centre Manger Job Specification
Fast growing and dynamic direct marketing agency, Require an experienced call centre manager. The call centre has been established for 4 years, and has the capacity for 12 seats. In that time we have dealt with numerous campaigns, both business and consumer, from small one man bands right up to work for Ryder Plc, Carphone Warehouse, and the Financial Times. The successful candidate will drive the growth of our call centre business to the next level, and be a crucial part of the company
The candidate will require
Excellent commercial skills
A background in sales and or call centre management
Experience of interviewing and recruiting staff
The ability to motivate and manage a diverse range of staff so that they fulfil their potential
The capacity to manage and oversee a variety of commercial projects both business and consumer.
Excellent IT skills, including an in depth knowledge of Excel.
The initiative to sell call centre work, to ensure we have no downtime.
Be an great salesperson not afraid to lead from the front and make calls themselves
Be able to deal with customers in a calm, firm and confident manner.
Not be afraid to make tough decisions and ensure that their staff are working hard for our customers at all times
Ensure that we achieve and exceed our client’s expectations on all projects we undertake
Be able to provide accurate reports to deadline, and keep the Managing Director informed of the progress of all campaigns
