£6.50 - £7.50 per hour temp to perm over 3 months - Permanent Salary will be discussed on permanent placement being offered.

Our client, a Waste Management Company based in Great Blakenham near Ipswich are looking for an administrator who will be based in an air conditioned office, which is bright and airy.

The administrator will be heavily involved in the administration surrounding all lorries entering and leaving the site. There is a weigh station on site and each lorry entering and leaving the site needs to be weighed and the necessary paperwork completed and filed accordingly including purchase orders. This is an integral part of the role but it requires someone to be organised, has great attention to detail and be able to multitask. Training on the specific paperwork and how it is filled in to ensure legal requirements are met will be given.

As well as administering the above weigh station paperwork the administrator will be involved in answering all incoming calls, taking messages and passing those messages on, general correspondence and administration, filing, photocopying, emailing etc.

Although the office is air conditioned, the site itself is a waste site therefore can be dirty and on occasion

Our client is looking for an Administrator who is articulate, accurate, organised and keen to learn and due to the nature of the business, an Administrator who is happy to work in an environment where there may be some banter on occasion.

This is a temp to perm vacancy based on an hourly rate of between £6.50 - £7.50 depending on experience.
Hours are 0700 - 1500 Monday to Friday
