HR Generalist (6 Month Contract)

My client is seeking a HR Generalist (CPP qualified or equivalent) for a 6 month project to assist the HR Manager in implementing and imbedding a new HR function to support the business. This will be achieved primarily through carrying out start up related projects, day to day duties and carrying out all administrative support.

Duties:

Carry out all associated planning and administration related to development workshops

Transfer of all employees onto a standard company contract of employment

The typing up and tracking of job descriptions for company personnel

Re-branding of standard Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents

Building and maintenance of human resources drive

Assisting the HR Manager in recruitment campaign(s)

The compilation of HR directories

Assist the HR Manager in Company wide benchmarking exercise

Other Duties

General day to day assistance where required

Provision of generalist advice

Assist on on-going employee relations cases

Undertake and assist in monthly payroll administration and reconciliation

All administration on behalf of the HR function

Advanced working knowledge of Word (mail merge), Excel and Outlook

Previous experience in minute taking in employee relations meetings

Extensive experience in using ADP including payroll

Previous experience in working in a generalist level, ability to prioritise administration

Salary £30k - £32k (pro-rated)

My client is seeking a Team Assistant/Administrator for a 9 month fixed term contract.

You will be required to provide administrative and budgetary support to Project Managers and their teams. Working knowledge of Sharepoint .

You will be required:-

Manage and maintain all project databases and records including the creation of Project reports for Project Meetings and other ad hoc reporting requests

Provide administrative support and reporting assistance to Project Teams

Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and functions for Project Teams

Management and maintenance of budgets, using formulae in Excel

Requirements

My client is seeking a Supervisor to manage the personal lines team in order to ensure their compliance to the FSA regulation and their successful achievement of business targets and objectives.

Document Control Manager

You will be required to develop and maintain the document register including management of routing, editing, approval and distribution of documents.

Implement and develop the project document control procedures and plans, act as a focal point for document control activities

Supervise the document control team members setting priorities and balanced workload distribution.

Facilitate Sharepoint document control understanding and utilisation within Project Engineering demonstrating the enabling benefits

Ensure all project management documentation whether paper or electronic (eg as-built drawings) is delivered in a timely manner and within both company and customer QA requirements.

Monitor the status of projects and schedules due dates, in line with contractual requirements, ensuring documentation is submitted in accordance with the MDR

Archive hard copies and electronic data in an efficient manner within Project Web Server and the GMSL Report Library following completion of the project

Manage coach team members in processes, procedures and usage of company document management systems

Carry out any changes to the reports that may be required by the Customers and issue further revisions of Final Reports as appropriate.

Resource scheduling and day to day management of document control team

Develop and implement internal training and educational sessions for employees to ensure functional understanding

Key Accountabilites

My client is seeking a qualified Management Accountant - ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent)

You will be required to understand the financial, project and management accounts, ability to design, prepare and explain financial reports.

Fully grasp all Financial Systems, project and general ledger structures such as IFS and tailor financial systems to provide management information.

Effectively utilise Microsoft Excel, manipulating Financial formulae Lookups, Pivots and Basic Macros.
