Account Manager

Customer Service/Sales

My client is looking for an experienced Customer Service/Sales person to join their team

Main duties/Responsibilities:

Answering incoming telephone calls (in excess of 100 per day) and deal with modem, post and fax orders.

Process all customer orders

Issue any credits and direct sends to customers

Deal with customer enquiries/queries, maintain records and build customer relationships

Be proactive in generating extra sales by following up sales leads and calling potential clients.

The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic individual with a drive to succeed. A telesales/face to face sales background is essential as well as good customer service and administration skills. You will be numerate and literate with GCSE C or equivalent education. As there is an element of data entry, good/accurate keyboard skills would prove a distinct advantage.
