My client is seeking an HR Administrator with Compliance experience for 9 months. You will be required to have good knowledge of HR and excellent administration skills.

You will be required to have:

Understanding of Contracts of Employment

Standard HR issues such as sickness, holiday etc

Basic disciplinary and grievance matters for internal staff

General administration including policy updates, sickness monitoring, including back to work interviews, appointment of trainees and all necessary documentation

Understanding of formatting of Staff Handbook

The role will involve 20 hours per week spread over 3/4 days.
