As a family-run and independent recruitment agency we recognise the importance of “family” and that’s exactly how we function here at Prime. Each member of our valued team plays an integral part to Primes success. That’s why we have so many long standing members of staff, some have even worked here for over 25 years’.
We are managed and run by our co-founder and MD Robyn Holmes, who’s positivity and mentality of “glass half full” has led to our success as a business and positive working environment. We have 6 micro teams who are self managed and self sufficient, with Robyn’s belief in her team Prime has continued to grow from a two women start up to one of the biggest independent agencies in Essex.

What a year! We couldn't be prouder of all of our sales team battling it out from April-November to win some amazing prizes. A huge congratulations to this years winner Kirsty Wilson, not only winning the prestigious accolade of "Star Performer" as well as joining our "High flyers club". Kirsty will also be jetting off to Las Vegas in April 2020 for an all expenses paid adventure. Here's some highlights of our monthly "Star Performers" and "Dream Teams"...
In true Prime style, our office Christmas party was and always is a blast! It's been a mind-blowing year here at Prime and so we thought we'd celebrate in style with a circus themed all expenses paid for adventure at Five Lakes Resort and spa! Here are a few cheeky snaps from the big night itself...
Our team will be treated to an all inclusive evening at Colchester's Odeon, family and friends are invited to join our amazing team for the launch night of the latest James Bond movie 'No time to die'.
The screen will be exclusively booked out for our team, everyone will be treated to popcorn, snacks and free drinks throughout the event.

As well as being part of a growing and dynamic journey, you'll have the opportunity to give back to the wider community through our Charity Committee and CSR initiatives.
We are proud partners of the Alzheimer's Society and host regular fundraising events, attended and organised by our team. In 2019 alone we raised over £22,000!
We also host ad-hoc days for local charities throughout the year, in 2019 we raised over £1,250 for various local charities. If you're interested in a great working environment and the chance to give back, we could be the team for you.
