CRM and Project Co-Ordinator

Our Ipswich based client is recruiting for a CRM and Project Co-ordinator with Salesforce knowledge to join their growing team! This is a full-time permanent position offering a competitive salary & benefit package. Working hours are Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm.

Objective of this CRM and Project Co-ordinator position:

  • To support Marketing CRM functionality and the Salesforce development team to ensure cohesive Salesforce development and implementation across the business. Whilst maximising the standard functionality of the Salesforce platform for use by the majority of the business and integrating the Marketing Cloud functionality for the marketing department and working creatively within the restrictions of the Salesforce business platform.

Skills required to be considered for this CRM and Project Co-ordinator role:

  • Strong base Knowledge of Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platforms
  • Understand the integration of existing databases and linking towards CRM (EMS, ERP systems and bespoke systems)
  • Familiarity with sharing data and functionality between Salesforce Platform and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Knowledge of error logs and change management best practice, such as logging and recording activities and creating process documentation would be advantageous though not essential.
  • Highly proficient at salesforce reporting - understanding reports, reporting parameters, report creation, and generation of regular and ad hoc reports.
  • Ability to create and modify User Interface (screen views) for multiple users with different requirements across different hardware (laptop, iPhone etc)
  • Good understanding of agile working practices.
  • Advanced MS Excel


Personal Attributes:

  • Strong communication skills coupled with the ability and confidence to present and discuss complex ideas to large groups of people with a range of system knowledge.
  • Effective collaborator who can work across teams and able to take control and work autonomously and to tight deadlines.
  • Experience in Stakeholder Management and Client Engagement at a variety of levels
  • Experience with the delivery of technical projects
  • Highly proficient at salesforce.com reporting.
  • Commercial understanding of how data contributes to results.
  • To work collaboratively within a team focused environment.
  • Analytical approach


Core duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • First Line User Support
  • Duplicate Management & Data Cleansing
  • System Maintenance (e.g. UI changes, Report updating)
  • Statistical analysis of data, user activity etc to maintain full use, efficiency, and effectiveness of Salesforce.
  • Data management
  • Reporting
  • Sharing knowledge and development
