A fabulous client of ours based in Chelmsford is recruiting a Customer Engagement Manager to join their bubbly and growing team. This is a full time permanent position working Monday - Friday and paying a salary of £30,000 - £38,000 depending on experience.
We are looking for a proactive, customer focused individual to lead the Customer Engagement Team. The ideal candidate will review this businesses current customer experience and create a strategy to achieve customer engagement excellence. Working closely with Project Managers, Sales, Development, both internal and external clients you will establish where the potential gaps are in their communication and processes and implement improvements.
The Customer Engagement Manager's duties will include but are not limited to:
Help desk Management
System Users On boarding
Manage Customer Relationship Management Software (CRM)/Customer Complaints
