Customer Service - French Speaking

Prime Appointments are seeking for a French Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a company based in Chelmsford.
We require a bubbly enthusiastic individual to join vibrant customer service team within a unique industry.
The great opportunity have become available within an inbound Customer Service team with a positive and vibrant team environment.
The successful candidate will be confident, proactive and show a strong work ethic.
The role is perfect for someone who is looking to maximise their call centre and customer service skills by gaining experience in a number of different operational disciplines such as on-line chat support, customer retention initiatives, customer service, warm outbound calling & up selling.
Hours of work are 40 hours per week which will include one Saturday work in three, If you do work the Saturday you will have the Monday off.
Working hours are either 8am - 4pm or 11am - 7pm .
The role has a competitive basic plus the potential to earn bonus and incentive on top of the basic.
