We are looking for an experienced furniture sprayer from a woodwork / joinery background who is local to the Braintree area.
Competitive salary on offer with overtime available (all at increased rates), as well as long term career progression!
The following company are looking for an experienced sprayer as the current position is for a senior within the spray shop / polishing department.
You must have experience within a joinery shop. Whether has been as a furniture or cabinet sprayer, a fresh polisher, or a multi-skilled member of staff in a small joinery company who undertook spraying as part of their role.
Duties include:
- Previous experience paint spraying
- Basic joinery skills
- Good colour determination, specifically able to mix stains to match samples
- Strong problem solver
- Worked in a medium to high volume environment
- Flexibility to work additional hours when the workload requires
- Ability to manage a team of people
As stated above, the company are after someone who has the potential to manage a team. Though this position is for an experienced sprayer, it also offers the long-term progression to step up as the team leader of the department.
This position offers 40 hours a week with all overtime paid at time & half. The hours are 07:00-16:00, Monday Friday.
