We have partnered with a family run business who have over 50 years' experience in the packaging industry to recruit a Glue Minder into their team. If you have experience running glue folding equipment and a passion for excellence in carton manufacturing, then this is the role for you!
Duties:
Making straight line, crash lock and complex designs of cartons
Set code reading and quality control equipment
Producing high quality print finishes
Using a wide range of carton substrates
Ensuring company quality standards are maintained
Running a small team
Experience required:
Knowledge of gluing/folding styles
Experience of working in a high-speed environment with complex work
Technical and problem-solving skills
In touch with new technologies
Experience with Bobst gluers would be advantageous
Able to work under pressure

Rotating 4-day ten-hour shift pattern; 6am 4pm Tuesday Friday, 4.15pm 2.15am Monday Thursday
